The show's a bit hit-and-miss, to be honest. The first season starts out slow, but gets much better once he starts to tell people (Oz, Charlie) about his ability. And then it builds up to a great finale, with all sorts of promising plot arcs...and then they drop them all and completely reinvent it for the second season. (I mean, most of the characters are still the same, but they change it quite a bit.) I like some of the things they do in the second and third season--and the new characters they introduce are largely great--but I miss a lot of the first season stuff. There's a lot of potential for fanfic, though, filling in all those dropped plotlines! (No one has really done this, sadly, but the potential is there!)
My whole theme this week is basically female cops from Canadian shows. ( So much fun! And a surprisingly large number to choose from.) Speaking of which, I should go post some photos of Jessica Steen.
Thank you! There was cake yesterday and there will be cake tonight and more cake on Sunday, so that's a pretty decent celebration, overall. :D
